- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global academic institutions
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial IP portfolios with $50M+ potential
- Present future-state frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in exponential technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., CRISPR, quantum cryptography)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, technology forecasting, and impact assessment frameworks
