Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term vision
- Curate and maintain proprietary horizon-scanning intelligence systems
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
