- Partner with Stanford/MIT/Caltech on joint research projects and patent development
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across R&D, product, and engineering
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development and regulatory landscapes
- Prior experience with venture capital partnerships and startup incubation
